luck, bring whatever. Also it was suggested by our host to bring a small but humorous gag gift for those that earned them
over the year, search your memories and think of that special someone that earned a gag gift at sometime or other in 2005.
Be prepared to share your special funny story with the group.
The VRCC 2005 Season CD, a collection of photos
in JPeg format, will be given to all Attendies of the party. Many photos already posted and many that would not fit on the
website as well as a collection from other VRCC members. Thanks to Tom, Gary and Terry for supplying me with additional photos.
If you are unable to attend, and still wish a cd, please have a friend that is attending pick one up for you
at the party.
I realize that the date is the same as the CT breakfast, but I have spoken with Ronbou and he
assures me that this will not be a problem as far as he is concerned. IF anyone wishes to attend both, and feels that they
cannot make it by 2:00, feel free to come later.

News Item 2
The VRCC
New England Event Calendar will be on the Green Mountain VRCC Site this year, instead of the CT Site.
After some dicsussion
With Ron, last year, it was decided that Vermont would host the calendar beginning in 2006. Ron made this decision due to
his increasing workload and time constraints.
I would like to thank Ron for his work in the past in keeping all of
New England informed of the VRCC happenings, as well as sorting out the conflicts with cordial patience. I hope that I can
keep the region as well informed as he did with at least half the cool and steady hand that he did. Thanks again Ron.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO SEE THIS BILL PROPOSAL
Bill number H.421 ACT RELATING TO ORGANIZED MEETING EVENTS ON TOWN HIGHWAYS
This LITTLE GEM is a real jewel, from Hube and Marek.
Basically it wants to give towns the right to issue permits (or deny) for Auto, Bike and Snowmobile group
rides, exceeding 6 vehicles. Violation, if passed, a mere 1,000 dollars,
and reimbursement to the town for any other expenses incurred as a result of your unthinkable act of driving in a group
for raising funds for a charitable cause. Nice move guys, How about if you take my tax money, that you save by us not riding,
and a few thousand other taxpayer dollars, and channel your new savings to the Shriners, Children's Miracle Network, M.S.
and POWMIA charities then.
Also note that in the bill, emergency, civic and local community organazations and law
enforcement organazations are exempt. So they can still back up traffic, for any volunteer tolls, campain parades, musters
and other events of the towns own choosing. What a deal? What a deal.
Hmmmmmm.
Flying Yankee_98 rates Reps, Hube and Marek
with a big BAH HUMBUG, for the bugs in thier bonnets
on this one.
